Course Description:

Situated 6 miles from Carlow Town and 3 miles from Tullow, Killerig Golf Club has already established a reputation for having some of the finest greens in Ireland. There are water features on six holes and the greens, constructed to the highest USGA specification, are quite magnificent. One gets the feeling of being far away from the pressures of everyday life at Killerig, which is situated in an area of rich natural beauty with the Killeshin Hills to the west and the Wicklow mountains to the east. The warm welcome extended by Eamonn and Fiona Dillon and the air of relaxation set the tone for a most enjoyable experience. A new 42 bed 4* Hotel Leisure Centre and Clubhouse, was under construction and is due to open in July 2006. Societies are welcome and group rates are available.
