Course Description:
Ballinlough Castle Golf Club which was affiliated to the GUI within 14-months of its conception, continues to develop.
By the Spring of 2000 9-new sand based greens, to U.S.G.A. specifications were completed and replaced the 9-traditional greens that were originally in play.
Built on 190 acres on the Ballinlough Estate, the course is on magnificent landscape with ancient timbers aplenty. Ballinlough is a members club that strives to make everybody welcome. The club has added another 9-holes and is rapidly becoming many golfers destination.

Club History
Founded in 1997, Ballinlough now has 11-traditional greens and will open 7-new sand based greens designed by Pat Ruddy, due to open in late Summer 2002. The club and course have gone from strength to strength over the past 4-years and continues to make huge strides in its development.
